Federal statutes and regulations quoted on NurseCheck are works of the United States Government, for which copyright protection is not available under 17 U.S.C. § 105.
Texas statutory text is reproduced from the Texas Legislature’s official online statutes, and Texas agency material from the issuing agency’s website. The copyright status of state government material is assessed separately from federal material; NurseCheck claims no copyright in any government text and links every quotation to its official source.
NurseCheck does not copy from commercial legal databases.
NurseCheck’s own explanations, page design, software, and editorial organization are original works of NurseCheck. To reproduce them beyond brief quotation with attribution, contact hello@nursecheck.org.
